At Car Cleaning Chemicals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return your items for a refund, you are eligible to do so within 14 days of purchase. We appreciate your feedback to help us improve our products and services.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
   • Products must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
   • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for return processing.

2. Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items:

   • If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, please notify us upon delivery or shortly thereafter.
   • We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

3. Packaging and Condition:

   • You are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
   • We reserve the right to charge for any items returned that are not in resaleable condition.

4. Return Shipping:

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise arranged.
   • If you are returning an item valued over £75, we recommend using an insured shipping service to protect against loss or damage during transit.

5. Bespoke and Custom Items:

   • Custom-made or bespoke items are not eligible for return once the order is confirmed.

6. Time Limit:

   • Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days from the purchase date.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email whether the return is accepted or rejected. If accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 28 days. If, after 28 days, the refund does not appear in your account, please contact us for assistance.

Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if you have not notified us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of purchase.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different product, you may return the original item as per our returns process and place a new order.

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us with supporting images and details, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund if approved.
